Algatek and the AAA Accelerator Group launch their new coffee beans called “Infinity Blue.”

The AAA Accelerator Group Europe AG, in Switzerland, and its biotech subsidiary Algatek Asturias, S.L., of Teverga Asturias Spain, have announced the launch of its new coffee beans called “Infinity Blue” — the newest most innovative coffee product of the Kafelina line that Algatek bills as the latest healthy coffee option on the market.

The coffee bean production process for Infinity Blue has been registered for patent for coating the coffee beans with a soluble protein extracted from spirulina yielding a blue coffee bean that gives the consumer proteins not present in other coffee drinks. The coating also protects the coffee bean flavor, keeping the beans fresh for longer and locking in a premium coffee taste. Everyday coffee drinkers will get nutrients and protein to boost their immune systems.

The Swiss company and its biotech subsidiary have developed a proprietary patented algae photobioreactor technology that they claim accelerates growth and boosts yield efficiency. The closed system monitors and manipulates a wide range of cultivation parameters, and then replicates those conditions at commercial volume in full compliance with food and pharmaceutical production and safety standards.

Algatek S.l. is currently selling Infinity Blue through Xellis in Luxembourg, Salling Group supermarkets in Denmark, Mas y mas Supermarkets in Spain, Ocean Blue Planet in Dubai, and the Espresso Capsule Company in the UK.
