Frequent contributor Robert Henrikson enjoyed attending and speaking at the “vibrant and well organized” AlgaEurope 2023 conference in Prague, Czech Republic. In this video, Robert gives us a tour of the mouth-watering algae-based foods presented at the Algae Happy Hour.

Jointly organized by EABA and DLG Benelux, AlgaEurope 2023, the esteemed annual conference highlighting breakthroughs and trends in the algae biomass sector, saw a gathering of 407 delegates from 40 countries and 221 organizations.

Hosted in Prague, from 12-15 December, the event unfolded over four days featuring a curated program delivered by 112 expert speakers. The content spanned scientific, technological, and business dimensions within the global algae biomass sector.
